The ECITB’s Project Collaboration Toolkit (PCT) supports collaborative working relationships across the engineering construction sector. Offering advice and guidance to companies looking to work together more efficiently, the toolkit shares industry best practice and guides clients and contractors on joint working. Originally designed for the offshore oil and gas sector, the toolkit has now been used on several projects where pooled resources and shared skills and expertise have improved efficiency and kept costs down.
Kingsfield Academy is currently the only Approved Consultant by the ECITB to provide support in the implementation of the PCT. We have over 20 years’ experience in designing, facilitating and delivering training to the engineering construction industry, coupled with hands-on practical experience in delivering projects and dealing with disputes. This free one-hour interactive webinar introduces the Project Collaboration toolkit – what it is and how to use it, providing an opportunity for you to assess whether it could be used on your project and what benefits it could bring.
