Project team workshops of 1-2 day durations based on a meeting design facilitated by experienced team coaches and tailored to the specific needs of the team, e.g. agreeing project goals & key success factors, alignment, problem-solving, conflict resolution or team repair.
Conflict is inevitable, but unhealthy or unresolved conflict always gets in the way of the task. Where the quality of the team relations is poor and trust is low, then an appropriate team intervention will improve performance and re-focus team members on the tasks of the project.
