Description
Foundations in Commercial Awareness is an ECITB approved introductory course to build commercial and contractual awareness throughout your engineering and construction project teams.

Project teams need to be more than just good at solving technical and engineering problems. They need a commercial mindset where everybody has an understanding of the impact of their roles and how their decisions can affect the profit and loss on your project margins.
The Foundations in Commercial Awareness course develops key knowledge and understanding of the commercial context of an engineering construction project covering topics such as the project environment, contracting, the role of project controls, and change management.
