Project Management Fundamentals provides a grounding in the key project management principles and methods. Drawing primarily from the Project Management Institute’s PMBOK, this course will help you to develop the underpinning knowledge and skills key to setting up and controlling projects.
This highly participative and interactive course involves relevant industry case studies & scenarios, discussion, participant knowledge-sharing and skills practice.
Short presentations or video material will introduce concepts and outline the fundamental principles of project management, which are consolidated by group activities and exercises.
