Description
Foundations in Stakeholder Management is an ECITB approved Elearning course that introduces the project management processes of identification and analysis for planning stakeholder management strategies that are critical to project outcomes. It is designed to raise the awareness of aspiring project managers and key project team members to build and manage the most critical relationships on the projects.
