Carmen Velasco Joins Kingsfield as Associate Partner

We are pleased to announce that Carmen Velasco has joined Kingsfield Academy as Associate Partner.
With over 25 years of experience in the engineering construction industry, including a decade of collaboration with Kingsfield Consulting, Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Her expertise will be invaluable as we continue to expand our educational offerings and strengthen our position in the field.

Carmen’s impressive credentials include a Law Degree, an MBA, and a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration, specialising in International Construction contracts. Her extensive involvement in international projects has honed her skills in contract management, negotiation, arbitration support, claims preparation, change management, and cold-eye reviews. This experience spans both owner and contractor perspectives, from bidding to execution stages.

As a trainer, Carmen’s approach goes beyond mere information transfer. She believes in fostering deep understanding and inspiring action. Through interactive exercises, real-world examples, and creative teaching methods, Carmen transforms complex topics into engaging learning experiences. She aims to empower professionals with practical tools for success in their careers.
