Description
The Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) course, Introduction to Project Controls, caters to a range of project practitioners who need to gain insight into change control, scope, cost, schedule and resource monitoring, management functions and the role they play in project management.
The course is delivered over six mornings, thoughtfully accommodating teams with hectic work schedules while simultaneously empowering them to enhance their competencies through training.

Who is this for?
It is designed for those who are new to project control, are being prepared for project control roles, require a refresher overview of project control principles, or are relatively recent graduates.
