CII Contracting Summit
Kingfield Academy partner John Fortherby will be speaking alongside Tony Maplesden from the ECITB at the CII Contracting Summit on 25/26, May 21, discussing the ECITB Project Collaboration Toolkit (PCT) and the Collaborative Working Agreement (CWA). The CWA has been developed by the European Construction Institute (ECI).
John and Tony will discuss the PCT and how this influenced the Collaborative Working Agreement (the collaboration contract), as well as the approach taken to transfer the principles of the PCT into the Collaborative Working Agreement (and the structuring of it) so that it is available to a wide range of project types that want to utilize collaborative working.
Following the event, both John Fotherby and Tony Maplesden will also be available to take your question at a live panel Q&A session.
