We are living in an ever-changing world that is creating significant challenges to deliver energy transition projects successfully. Effective collaboration between project delivery stakeholders provides opportunities to achieve successful outcomes that more conventional methods are unlikely to secure. This workshop will bring together a broad spectrum of industry professionals to share experiences and explore the benefits of collaboration and what it takes to really work collaboratively on projects.

Attendees will explore these questions through four workshop sessions throughout the day, all undertaken under the Chatham House Rule.
