Trainer – Engineering Construction
Job Description
Kingsfield Academy, a leading training and coaching provider for the international engineering and construction industry, is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team of trainers.
Your subject matter expertise will have been gained from working in senior roles within commercial, claims, risk, disputes, legal, contracts or technical aspects of major engineering and construction projects in oil and gas, process, power or major infrastructure sectors.
Basis
Contract – this will be on a self-employed basis and hours are dependent upon our client’s requirements.

Remote/Work from home
Essential Key skills and experience
- Experience of senior roles within internationally operating contractor or owner organisations, specifically in project management, commercial/contract/risk management, project controls (cost/schedule), estimating or construction management
- To be able to deliver training programs focused on critical capabilities such as managing scope, contract, risk, change, and time on projects
- Exhibit discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information
- Demonstrate excellence in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Possess fundamental IT literacy and have confidence in operating and conducting meetings using online applications like Microsoft Teams and Zoom
